How to order?

ORDERING

  1. Select the products you wish to purchase (the descriptions of the wines and information on the producers will help you here), choose the quantity and click on ADD TO SHOPPING BASKET. You can view the products you have selected by moving the cursor over the image of the bag in the top right-hand corner of the page. Should you wish to amend the contents of your shopping basket, simply click on VIEW SHOPPING BASKET. Once you are happy with your order, click on HEAD TO CHECK-OUT. All prices include VAT.

Please note: It is not permitted to sell alcoholic beverages to minors (those younger than 18 years of age) and goods shall not be issued to them.

  1. Once you have entered the products you wish to buy or have made the necessary changes in your shopping basket (in which event you should click on REFRESH SHOPPING BASKET), click on HEAD
  2. If you are not a regular customer, please fill in all of the required fields and your preferred method of delivery. If you are a regular customer, log in by entering your password and fill in the required fields and your preferred method of delivery. In the REMARKS ON ORDER field you can add any requests or comments. The following methods of delivery are available: SmartPOST parcel terminal; courier service to your home or office; or free delivery to the Vinorama Wine Studio (Tatari 25, Tallinn). Please note: Orders valued at 90 euros or more are delivered within Estonia FREE OF CHARGE! In order to avoid any misunderstandings, please check that the information you have provided is correct.
  3. Choose your preferred payment method (bank transfer, bank link or payment card), agree to the terms and conditions of use and click on SUBMIT ORDER. We will then send you confirmation of your order by e-mail.

DELIVERY OF GOODS

The goods ordered will be delivered to you within two business days of receipt of your payment in the bank account of Vinorama OÜ.

If you choose a SmartPOST parcel terminal for delivery, notification of the arrival of the goods and a collection code will be sent to your phone. Please note: In addition to the SmartPOST parcel terminal code, you will also need to insert your ID card.

If you choose the courier service for delivery, the goods will be delivered to the address specified by you in your order. Goods are delivered from 10:00-20:00 Monday-Saturday. The exact time of delivery will be agreed upon with you over the phone or by e-mail.

If you choose the Vinorama Wine Studio (Tatari 25, Tallinn) as your delivery address, we will contact you once the goods are ready for collection, but no later than within two business days of receipt of your payment in the bank account of Vinorama OÜ.

REGISTER AS A CUSTOMER

You do not need to register as a customer to place an order, but if you do so you will be able to place orders more quickly, view your order history and benefit from offers for regular customers.

If you wish to register as a customer, tick the  REGISTER AS A CUSTOMER box on the order page, enter a suitable password and confirm it. And that’s it – you are now a regular customer! Should you have any problems or questions, please contact us at info@vinorama.ee or call us on +372 6….

The data in the Vinorama OÜ customer database is handled confidentially and used only for the fulfilment of orders and for advertising special offers, if requested. The data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and other relevant legislation. The data is not disclosed to any third party unless required by law. Customers are entitled to request the removal of their data from the Vinorama OÜ database.

RETURNING GOODS

Subject to the legislation of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union, the consumer’s right of withdrawal from a contract and the return of goods does not extend to alcoholic beverages. In the case of incorrect or defective goods, Vinorama OÜ must be notified thereof immediately upon delivery of the goods by e-mailing info@vinorama.ee or calling +372 6…. The cost of replacing incorrect or defective goods will be borne by Vinorama OÜ.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

You can cancel an order by e-mailing info@vinorama.ee or calling +372 6… before we issue the goods to the courier.

Please note: Pursuant to the Alcohol Act, it is permitted to sell alcohol from 10:00-22:00. For this reason, all purchases made on our website later than 22:00 will be deemed to have been made at 10:00 the following morning. All purchases are delivered and can be collected from 10:00-22:00.
