- AGREEMENT AND LIABILITY
These Terms and Conditions form a binding agreement between you, the party using the vinorama.ee website and ordering products therefrom, and Vinorama OÜ, registry code 11910461, Tatari 25, 10116 Tallinn, hereinafter referred to as Vinorama, for the delivery of goods and services via this website. By using this website you agree to these Terms and Conditions, which concern all orders placed through this website or in connection therewith.
Vinorama.ee sells products only to adult customers. By placing an order on the vinorama.ee website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. By placing an order you also confirm that you are the holder of the credit card or bank account used for payment in the vinorama.ee online store. The legal age of the purchaser will be verified upon the delivery of goods. Vinorama may refuse to issue the goods if you fail to verify your age upon delivery. In such a case, the purchase price and postage charge paid for the goods are not refunded. Upon collecting the goods from a parcel terminal, you will have to identify yourself using your ID card.
- ORDERING
Vinorama.ee sells products to private customers, as well as to business customers who purchase the products for business purposes. Issues not governed by purchase and sales contracts or other written agreements between vinorama.ee and business customers shall be settled pursuant to the legislation of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union.
Products displayed in the online store are generally in stock. The availability of the products displayed in the online store may vary due to technical problems in stock management or in the online store software. If a product is out of stock and an order cannot be fulfilled, an assistant will contact the user and propose a new date for delivery or replacement of the product with a similar product at the same price and of the same quality or a refund. The payment will be refunded to the user as soon as possible, but no later than within 30 days of the order being placed.
Upon placing orders, users undertake to provide the correct data required for the fulfilment of orders. The service provider cannot be held liable for failure to fulfil an order if this results from incorrect data being provided by the user or any consequence thereof.
The sales transaction takes place once the user has placed their order via the online store and has paid for their order.
- PRICES
All prices in the online store are in euros and include VAT and the alcohol excise duty levied in the Republic of Estonia. Postage charges are indicated separately.
The service provider is entitled to amend the prices displayed in the online store at any time. If the prices in the online store are changed after the user places and pays for their order, the service provider shall deliver the corresponding products to the user at the price valid at the time of ordering. Users are not entitled to claim compensation for price differences.
- DELIVERY TERM AND DELIVERY
Goods ordered are delivered to users subject to the terms provided in the order.
- RIGHT TO RETURN GOODS
Subject to the legislation of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union, the consumer’s right of withdrawal from a contract and to return goods does not extend to alcoholic beverages. If the goods are incorrect or defective, Vinorama must be notified thereof immediately upon delivery of the goods. Vinorama OÜ shall bear the costs related to the replacement or return of incorrect or defective goods.
- TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE
Service users are obligated to read the terms and conditions stipulated in the User Agreement.
By ticking the “I agree to the terms and conditions of use of the Vinorama online store” box when placing orders, users confirm that they have read the terms and conditions stipulated in the User agreement and agree thereto.
